About the work group and unit: You will meet responsible and competent colleagues with a genuine interest in operational development. The collaborative climate is very good, both within the unit and with partners in the municipality. Our unit works with a broad focus on rehabilitation, assistive device administration, preventive health work and support for relatives. The work group currently consists of approximately 25–30 employees, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, administrators, relative consultants, vision and hearing instructors, and handlers for housing adaptations and parking permits. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES Your main work duties would include: • Work management, operations and budget responsibility for the unit's activities • Personnel responsibility including recruitment, salary setting, employee conversations and rehabilitation plans • Administrative tasks related to finance, IT and procurement • Follow-up and development of the unit's activities • Assist handlers in authority decisions and case management (housing adaptation allowances, parking permits, etc.) • Participate in management group for Healthcare at Home • Collaborate with both SOL and LSS activities • Responsible for training efforts in transfer and function-preserving work methods with focus on patient safety • Collaboration with MAR (Medical Technology Manager for Rehabilitation) and MAS (Medical Responsible Nurse) You will have your workplace at Health Center in Östhammar, but the activities are conducted throughout the municipality. The rehabilitation unit is geographically divided into two; eastern (Health Center in Östhammar) and western (Lärkbacken residence in Gimo). QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: • Licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist, or alternatively other relevant university education in healthcare. • Experience working in rehabilitation and healthcare. • Documented experience in leadership or management duties. • Good knowledge of the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL), Social Services Act (SoL) and relevant legislation. • Experience in quality, improvement and development work. • Experience in budget, personnel and work environment responsibility is a merit. • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. • B driver's license.
