We are seeking an engaged unit manager for one of our specialized housing facilities within elderly care in Kalix. We welcome your application! Your Tasks As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation and work closely with both employees, residents, and their families. You lead the daily work with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous development. You are responsible for budget, finances, and sustainable resource use. You drive change and development work to meet future needs. Through good relationships with residents, family members, and partners, you contribute to a secure and well-functioning operation. As a leader, you work based on trust and coaching, with a focus on engagement, participation, and responsibility. You are part of the management team for specialized housing and contribute to the development of the entire operation. We are Looking For You who: Have higher education in health and care, behavioral science, or other relevant education Have experience in leadership and budget responsibility Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have a B driver's license It is meritious if you have experience from elderly care and from operation systems such as TimeCare, Pulsen Combine, DF Respons, or Visma.
