As Unit Manager Performance Improvement, you will have a central role in developing and strengthening Ringhals' ability to work in a structured, learning-oriented and long-term manner. You step into an operation where much is already in place, but where there is also great opportunity to create structure, clarity and build further forward. About the Role As Unit Manager Performance Improvement, you lead the unit and drive Ringhals' Performance Improvement work. You work to translate insights, analysis and experience into concrete improvements in the operation. An important part of the role is also to contribute to a strong learning culture and clear structure in working methods and priorities. The role includes, among other things: leading and developing the unit (approximately 10 employees) contributing to creating structure, clarity and common direction in the work driving and developing work on continuous improvement, for example: self-evaluations and benchmarking deviation management and trend analysis experience feedback and learning development of management systems ensuring that data and insights lead to concrete improvements in the operation collaborating closely with other managers and functions and contributing a holistic perspective for Ringhals You are part of the management group and work together with other leaders to drive development and create favorable conditions for the operation. Job Requirements About You We are looking for someone who wants to develop both operations and people. You build trust through clear and attentive leadership and contribute to open collaboration where different perspectives are valued. You thrive in an operation under development and can create structure, direction and momentum even when all conditions are not yet in place. To succeed in the role, we see that you: have an academic degree in a relevant field have documented experience of leading others, for example in a management role or other formal leadership role with responsibility for people, operations and results have documented experience of leading and driving change and improvement initiatives have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written collaborate well and build trusting relationships can switch between strategic issues and the operation's daily needs analyze complex situations and create clarity for decision-making Experience with continuous improvement, such as LEAN, Six Sigma or similar, is a merit but not a requirement.
