We are now seeking a Unit Manager for one of our Operational Grid Analysis units, where you will lead the implementation of the energy transition and the operation of Sweden's electricity system. You are a development-oriented leader with deep knowledge of the business area.
The unit currently consists of 10 employees. As unit manager, you lead and distribute ongoing work while also addressing the need to develop the business within capacity allocation. This development work will be a major challenge in the coming years due to the energy transition, implementation of European operational codes, and the changed geopolitical situation.

In this role, you work for the entire operations delivery and support other parts of the business as needed. You share major responsibility with the manager of the sister unit for the operational implementation and development of the Monitor and Manage Capacity process. You will have a key role in Sweden's electricity supply and become part of a stimulating work environment with knowledgeable colleagues who have a clear mission and a strong ambition to drive development and improvement to meet the energy transition.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead and distribute work on the unit with budget and personnel responsibility.
Develop employees and the business, both through internal unit work and through requirements setting toward the rest of the organization.

We are looking for someone with a strategic holistic perspective and a strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You are a development-oriented leader with deep knowledge of the business area of flow-based capacity calculation.
We are facing a change process where the challenge lies in developing methods, structures, and tools to ensure efficient capacity allocation across multiple time horizons. Therefore, development must be a strong driving force for you.
You have the advantage of leading a competent team and creating implementation within the energy transition and the operation of Sweden's electricity system. You will create many different contact points and gain an understanding of the power system as a whole. This expertise is highly sought after both internally and externally.
The unit's main task is to determine transmission capacity for operational operations, taking into account planned maintenance, production conditions, and imports and exports.
