About the job As a unit manager, you will lead the Workforce Planning Unit within the HR Department. The unit is responsible for staffing and recruitment, employer profiling, and strategic workforce planning. You lead a unit with three section managers and a recruitment process coordinator. Together, you will develop an operation with approximately 50 employees, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and lawful processes. Your place of work will be Sundbyberg. You will be part of the HR Department's management group and contribute to a more proactive, strategic, and operationally engaged HR function. The assignment involves leading in a complex and changing environment, where working methods and competence need to develop in line with operational needs. In the role, you will especially contribute to strengthening the organization's capacity for change, judgment, and collaboration. You should also have: relevant university education in HR of at least 180 credits, or other education that we consider equivalent current and several years of experience as a manager with personnel responsibility in HR experience with change and development work in HR experience with strategic workforce planning, especially staffing, recruitment, and employer profiling experience working in a management group. It is desirable that you have experience leading through other managers and experience from a government agency or other large organization. Good to know The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months. Within the Swedish Tax Agency, we apply management mandates for up to five years, with the possibility of extension in periods of no more than three years, without limitation on the number of extensions. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security vetting with record check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
