Dental Care Oversight operates in multiple locations across Sweden and we are in an exciting development phase. We will have 7 units with approximately 120 control investigators by 2026. We are now seeking an experienced and goal-oriented unit manager for our oversight unit in Malmö. You will join a management team that drives and develops the operations together. Close leadership, change, sustainable workplace As a unit manager, you are the manager closest to your employees and operations. You are responsible for leading and driving daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where state values permeate your work. Through your leadership, you communicate clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as results and follow-up responsibility for the teams in your unit. Your unit consists of approximately 20 employees who work with oversight of state dental care support and are based in Malmö. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take responsibility and meet the needs of change. You create understanding of context, direction, and the goals set by the department and develop the plans your operations need. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and participate in the area's management team, which consists of unit managers, controller, HR, and administrative assistant, where you contribute your expertise and commitment. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence. The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have strong security awareness.
