About the Position As a unit manager for product leadership, you lead 15-20 employees and create the conditions for your team to deliver value in our services. You have personnel, operational, and budget responsibility for the unit. You report to the section manager and are part of the section's management group, which consists of 3 units. In your role as unit manager with us, your most important task is to create conditions for your employees, both as individuals and as a team, to work and develop in the right direction. You work closely with your fellow managers and you give and receive support from one another. Employees in the product leadership unit hold leading roles in our agile network organization, such as agile roles in the SAFe framework within the agile network organization, as well as responsibility for certain line processes (ITIL). Most employees in the unit are experienced leaders in various roles and structures within the agency. The unit is part of the Platform Development Section. The section is responsible for developing and creating shared components that are used across business areas and/or other departments. The focus is on delivering services through self-service and enabling complete CI/CD flows for the organization's products. About You We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead through change and bring ideas on how the business and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is self-evident to you to take responsibility for both your own work and decisions made. We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree in a relevant area of at least 180 credits (or 120 points under the previous system) - Several years of current management experience with responsibility for operations, personnel, and budget - Several years of current work experience developing and transforming operations - Several years of current work experience with agile working methods in development organizations - Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form - Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form It is meritorious for the position if you have: - Current work experience with a data-driven approach - Current work experience delivering shared technical platforms - Current work experience with SAFe - Work experience at a government agency - Current work experience leading competencies that hold leading roles What Do We Offer?
