The Department for Common Insurance Issues administers the income qualifying for sickness benefits and qualification for social insurance. The Legal Support Operations Area is responsible for the department's reconsideration activities, court proceedings, and case-handling legal support. The operations area consists of two units and approximately 50 employees. In the operations area's management group, we have close and supportive collaboration. We are now recruiting a unit manager for the unit handling case-specific legal support and court proceedings.

The focus of the assignment is also to utilize the operations area's combined expertise to improve the department's legal quality.

A permanent full-time position with start date November 16, 2026. A probationary period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, approved security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the work allows.
