About the role: As a Unit Manager at Kiwa, you are a key person with a primary focus on leading and, thanks to your natural leadership qualities, you become the core of your team to drive and develop your employees. Together, we create a comprehensive solution for our customers where we deliver with high quality. Your work location is Solna and your team consists of 27 employees, including 1 production manager. Your employees primarily work with inspections of elevators and escalators. You report directly to the Regional Manager. Do you have what it takes? Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility. Previous experience in inspection, industry, or maintenance services or other comparable industry experience. Experience with budget work. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. B-class driver's license. It is meritorious if you have experience from the elevator industry. In addition to the above, we require that you have experience working with improvement initiatives and driving change processes within a larger organization. We see that you have a good understanding of business development and resource planning to create quality and efficiency. As a person, you are analytical and structured and have the ability to plan and implement business strategies both in the short and long term.
