About the Position The unit's primary responsibility is to staff the department's system development team with specialist expertise in system development and testing. You are responsible for building, developing, and coaching well-functioning teams and creating favorable conditions for employee learning and competency development. When needed, you also lead and drive assignments within the business area. As a unit manager in our line organization, you lead approximately 20 employees and create conditions for them to contribute maximum value in our agile network organization. You hold personnel, operational, and budget responsibility for the unit. You report to the section head and participate in the section's management group. Your most important task is to create the right conditions for both individuals and teams to develop, perform, and thrive. In an organization that is growing and changing, you are an important leader who contributes clarity, stability, and direction. You work closely with your peer managers and together you support each other in your leadership. About You We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead through change and bring ideas for how the business and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is self-evident to you to take responsibility for both your own work and decisions made. We are looking for you who have: academic education of at least 180 credits (or 120 credits according to the old system) within a relevant field current management experience with responsibility for operations, personnel, and budget multiple years of experience as a leader or manager for agile software development teams current experience with agile working methods very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is meritorious for the position if you have: experience in a leadership role within the public sector, for example as a manager, team leader, or project manager experience working as a system developer and/or test specialist, with good understanding of development and testing processes experience working in agile organizations and according to agile delivery models, such as SAFe experience leading, coordinating, or driving development initiatives, such as epics or equivalent assignments in an agile operation What Do We Offer?
