About the Position As a Unit Manager for Digital Development, you will lead 15-20 systems developers, database developers, and test specialists, creating the conditions for your team members to deliver value in our projects. You have personnel, operational, and budget responsibility for the unit. You report to the Section Manager and serve on the Section's management team, which consists of 4 units. In your role as Unit Manager with us, your primary mission is to create the conditions for your team members, both as individuals and as a team, to work and develop in the right direction. You work closely with your management colleagues and provide mutual support. You will be part of the Pharmaceuticals Department and the Digital Development Section. We have approximately 150 employees within digital development, service development, and analysis. The Department is responsible for providing services that enable safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical management for healthcare, pharmacies, and residents. We also contribute to the eHealth Authority's mission to drive the development of the national digital infrastructure. About You We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in your leadership. You are collaboration-oriented and build relationships at all levels of the organization. You lead through change and bring ideas on how operations and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is self-evident to you to take responsibility for both your own work and for decisions made. We are looking for someone who has: academic degree of at least 180 credits (120 points under the old system) in a relevant field current and several years of management experience with responsibility for operations, personnel, and budget several years of experience as a leader or manager of agile software development teams very good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish. It is a merit for the position if you have: experience working in healthcare, for example, developing digital healthcare services experience working as a systems developer experience working in the public sector or other regulated operations experience working according to agile delivery models experience presenting material to small and large groups.
