Read more at timra.se Elderly care in Timrå Municipality is conducted by the municipality and consists of home services as well as care and residential facilities, and daily work takes place in close collaboration with the municipality's health and medical care, which is organized under its own operational branch. We are seeking an engaged and confident unit manager for Hagalid care and residential facility. The assignment includes the short-term unit, night shift team, and day care within Elderly Care. Hagalid is located on the outskirts of central Timrå. The facility has five departments, a short-term unit, and a shared night shift team. The facility has a staff of approximately 80 employees. Together with two colleague managers, you are responsible for operations in the facility. As a unit manager, you report directly to the operations manager and are part of the management group together with other unit managers for home services and care and residential facilities. Job Duties As a unit manager, you are well familiar with the operation's mandate where, together with other unit managers and staff, you develop your area of responsibility to meet user needs and demographic developments. You are responsible for operation planning, finances, systematic follow-up, as well as personnel and work environment. You work closely with the staffing unit regarding personnel supply. Qualifications We are looking for someone with post-secondary education from a university or college, for example behavioral science education, health and medical care, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment.
