Responsibilities As a unit manager for property operations, you have overall personnel, operational, and budget responsibility for your unit. Your team consists of 29 employees, primarily property technicians. You will also be part of the department's management group. Leadership and Motivation: You coach your employees in daily work and create a positive work environment. Operations Optimization: You ensure safe, resource-efficient, and sustainable property operations. Finance and Monitoring: You are responsible for your unit's budget, procurements, and supplier agreements. Development Work: You drive change initiatives and implement new digital working methods and processes. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you have high personal maturity and are confident in your leadership abilities. You are self-driven, take your own initiative, and are motivated by achieving set goals, while your strong collaboration skills make you a responsive and valued colleague. As a leader, you communicate clearly and set clear expectations, which creates security in the group. Your daily work is characterized by a structured approach where you can prioritize effectively, even when the pace is high. Qualifications Education: Relevant post-secondary education in facility management, property management, installation technology or equivalent. Experience: Several years of experience in property operations and good understanding of property technical systems and regulatory requirements. Leadership: Previous experience with personnel responsibility or leadership roles. Driver's License: B-category driver's license required. Language: Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Other Employment is contingent on required decisions being made. For positions involving direct and regular contact with children and youth, as well as activities under the LSS Act, care and support services, health and medical care, psychiatric care and substance abuse care, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be presented or submitted before employment.
