We are now seeking a strategic and driven unit manager for operations and infrastructure to our digitalization and security department. About the Position As unit manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the unit's daily work. The role involves responsibility for planning, implementing and monitoring the unit's operations as well as personnel, budget and work environment. Your task is to ensure efficient and secure IT delivery with a focus on quality, availability and cost effectiveness. You will be part of the department's management group and report directly to the Head of Digitalization and Security. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university degree of at least three years in IT or systems science, or equivalent experience that we deem relevant for the position. You have at least 5 years of recent experience as a manager/leader with responsibility for work allocation and performance monitoring. In addition, you have: Experience leading operational management of production environments, including 24/7 operations, incident management, problem management and capacity planning Worked with process development within ITIL or similar frameworks Managed server environments such as Linux (Suse), Windows Server (2016 or later), virtualization (VMware, Proxmox) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Managed client administration with Windows 11, MDM solutions and patch management Administered networks (Cisco), firewalls, VPN solutions as well as storage and backup Ensured IT security through PAM and other security tools Worked in IT operations at a Swedish government agency (at least 5 years) and have experience with on-premises operations Conducted public procurement according to LOU/LUF Personal Qualities: We are looking for you as a confident, attentive, structured and courageous leader. A probationary period may be applied. The salary range for the position is between 64,000 – 72,000 SEK/month and is based on competence in relation to skills relevant to the position.
