We offer comprehensive onboarding and training, as well as opportunities for professional development.

About Us
Our operations within daily activities and short-term care are directed at individuals covered by LSS and are based on a clear user focus where each individual is given the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions, needs, and goals.
Under this management responsibility, we operate two daily activity programs with different focuses. One serves individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism-like conditions, with emphasis on health, movement, and outdoor activities to strengthen participants' well-being and development. The other program is directed at more high-functioning individuals and specializes in music, fitness, and health, with the goal of offering stimulation and personal development in a meaningful daily life.
In addition, we offer short-term care for youth aged 12 and above, where we create a safe, structured, and meaningful environment before and after school and during school breaks. Here the focus is on offering balanced leisure time with both activity and recovery, together with trustworthy adult role models.
Common to all our operations is that we:
Create meaningful activities that promote development and quality of life
Enable social community and relationships
Provide individually adapted support based on each participant's needs and goals
Our mission is to contribute to an independent, active, and valued life for those we serve in an environment characterized by safety, respect, and participation.
You will become an important part of a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative management team, where your ideas and initiatives are highly valued. Our management team consists of 10 managers from both in-house operations and public authority functions, and we work together to provide high-quality care, adapted to the individual's needs. We have a clear user focus and strive to create an environment where everyone can feel safe, seen, and heard.
