Now we are looking for an experienced leader who wants to help shape the next chapter of Enköping's water and wastewater operations. A leader with water and wastewater experience and strong drive! The water and wastewater operations consist of approximately fifty employees responsible for the production and distribution of drinking water, treatment of wastewater, and the operation and development of pipeline networks and facilities. You lead a group with high expertise and work closely with other managers to develop a modern, robust, and future-proof water and wastewater operation. This is a role where you lead daily operations while driving development, change, and improvement. We are looking for you with the following experience and qualifications: relevant university education or other education that the employer considers equivalent multiple years of experience from the water and wastewater industry where you possess knowledge of the laws and regulations governing water and wastewater operations experience leading operations, employees, and change processes experience with budget and operational responsibility good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing B-class driver's license ability to use digital tools and AI support in projects, analysis, and documentation work We consider it particularly meritorious if you have experience in: drinking water production, water treatment, or other societally critical technical operations health protection and food safety legislation large investment or construction projects digitalization and operational development automation and control systems municipal operations.
