DUTIES
Elderly Care is seeking a Unit Manager for a specialized residential facility. The department consists of specialized residential housing and ordinary residential housing.
We offer you versatile, stimulating, and meaningful work with many personal encounters. Your area of responsibility will be to lead, organize, and develop work within your unit with a focus on the user. You will have the support of a team of competent colleagues and employees with extensive experience in delivering services.
You will have financial, personnel, and operational responsibility within your management unit, and you will lead goal-setting and monitoring work in accordance with applicable directives and established decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with an appropriate university degree, preferably in social work, nursing, or equivalent education. Your personal competencies should include leadership ability, initiative, being well-organized, and collaboration skills. Other important qualities are clarity, loyalty, quality awareness, and personal maturity.
You should have good knowledge of applicable legislation and have experience and knowledge in elderly care. You should have experience from a leadership position in healthcare and social services.
A valid driver's license is required.
Interviews are scheduled for August 13 and August 19.
