We value collaboration, respect, and shared responsibility. About the role As Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and ensuring quality in our home care operations. You are responsible for personnel, work environment, finances, and quality – and for ensuring our customers receive safe, professional, and individualized care every day. You work close to the operations and are a clear, present leader who both supports and challenges your team. The role also involves contributing strategically to the development of AGERA Omsorg's methods, procedures, and long-term goals. Your main responsibilities Personnel responsibility for home care employees Ensure high-quality care and services according to legislation and guidelines Responsible for planning, follow-up, and staffing Budget and profit responsibility for the unit Lead, motivate, and develop employees toward shared goals Participate in operational development and quality work Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years of documented experience as a manager in elderly care (required) Has academic education in, for example, healthcare, social work, leadership, or equivalent field (required). A somatic background is a merit (e.g., registered nurse) Has very good knowledge of applicable legislation, quality work, and work environment (required) Is a confident leader with the ability to create engagement and structure Is experienced in working independently with a holistic perspective Holds a valid driver's license (required) We conduct interviews on a rolling basis, so don't delay your application.
