You will, together with the staff, develop the operations into a competitive and attractive clinic for both staff members and our customers. As a unit manager, you focus on established goals. As a unit manager, you are part of the area manager's management group and participate in, among other things, development and planning work together with other unit managers in the area. You are the face of the operation externally and actively work with marketing the rehabilitation clinic through collaboration with other healthcare providers and other actors. About You We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist/physical therapist or has relevant higher education for the assignment. We would like to see that you have management training and/or experience working as a manager/supervisor. If you are familiar with primary care and our operations, that is a merit. We would like to see that you are knowledgeable about the patient choice system. We are looking for someone who is clear, attentive, and wants to be a present and accessible leader. Furthermore, you are goal and results-oriented and have a desire to drive development. You have good analytical ability and a strategic approach to support the operations. In your leadership, you are someone who engages, motivates, and involves your staff to move the operations forward. You are a role model and norm-setter who is loyal to the organization and the decisions that have been made. Through participation, humor, and warmth, you create conditions for good cooperation in the workplace. Since travel occurs in the position, you must also have a B-class driver's license. Recruitment Process Interviews are planned for August 5th and August 18th. Manager recruitment at Närhälsan follows the manager recruitment process at Västra Götaland Region, and we are based on the region's four basic management criteria: Values-based Leadership, Goal and Results-Oriented Leadership, Communicative Leadership, Development-Oriented Leadership. As part of the selection process, in-depth interviews and testing will be conducted at the Region's Center for Manager Recruitment in Gothenburg for candidates who become relevant for the position; this is planned for August 12-13th.
