About the Collaboration and Telephony Unit
The Collaboration and Telephony Unit is responsible for the region's digital collaboration and communication services. We ensure that employees have well-functioning solutions for telephony, paging and modern systems for digital meetings and collaboration in everyday work. The Unit is part of the User-Focused IT operational area within CMIT and plays a central role in creating efficient working methods throughout the organization.

Job Description
As Unit Manager for Collaboration and Telephony, you have overall responsibility for the unit's employees, work environment and operations. You lead the daily work, follow up on results and ensure that the mission is carried out with high quality and at the right pace. You create structure, clarify priorities and drive continuous improvements together with your employees.
You report to the Manager for User-Focused IT and are part of the operational area's management group where you contribute to joint planning, prioritization and development with a focus on holistic perspective and collaboration.
Your work tasks and areas of responsibility include:
Lead, plan and develop the unit's work and deliverables.
Ensure stable, secure and high availability in the unit's service delivery.
Drive the development of the region's digital collaboration and communication solutions.
Work closely with other units within CMIT and the region's operations for coherence and efficiency.
Manage the unit's budget, follow-up and resource planning.
Take responsibility as service owner for the area's included services, some services are delegated.
Contribute to the development of working methods and shared structures within the area.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience working as a manager or leader in IT or a related field.
Has a good understanding of modern collaboration platforms and communication solutions.
Has experience in change management and business development.
Is experienced in working in a larger organization.
Has relevant higher education or equivalent competence.
As a Leader
You are secure, clear and create understanding around goals and priorities.
You build trust and engagement with your employees and have good pedagogical insight.
You promote collaboration across organizational boundaries.
You drive development and continuous improvements, dare to take initiative and deliver results.
