We are now seeking a Unit Manager for one of our units. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Being a manager at SPV means you are a state employer representative. With the role of manager at SPV comes the responsibility to ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, securely, and with good quality and service. All in accordance with the state value base and the employer policy delegation. Within the scope of your role, as a leader you need to take responsibility for acting with a holistic perspective and always ensure the agency's best interests. The manager is also responsible for identifying and managing risks within their area of responsibility. As a Unit Manager at SPV, you have personnel and budget responsibility for your employees and responsibility to ensure that the teams in your unit deliver according to plan. You lead a unit consisting of approximately 15 employees. The employees are divided into teams where each team has a team leader. Currently, the unit includes the Establish Documentation team and the Basic Tasks and Premium Selection Center team. The work tasks span a broad range and include taking in and quality assuring employment information, determining pension-qualifying working time, and administering premium selection and transfers. As a candidate for this position, you should have the willingness and ability to also lead other operations at SPV and have an ambition to develop in your management role so you can take on other areas in the future. You actively work on competence supply issues to secure competence and capabilities in both the short and long term. This is done partly through continuously analyzing competence within your unit in relation to SPV's long-term needs and partly through your participation in SPV's competence management. There, you work together with other unit managers and take joint responsibility for our overall competence supply at both the strategic and tactical level. You encourage unpretentious and constructive collaboration and create conditions for developing both the group and the individuals within the group. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with an academic degree in a relevant field for the position or experience we consider equivalent. You have many years of experience in leadership with personnel responsibility. You also have very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
