As Engineering Manager, you'll become an important part of an organization where product and technology work closely together. We have clear product owners and cross-functional teams where business, product, and development are connected in daily operations. In this role, you'll work closely with the product team and other leaders to create the right conditions for teams to deliver value. You'll help create conditions for sustainable working methods, strong collaboration, and a culture where people develop over time. What our job is At Klaravik, we connect hundreds of thousands of buyers around the world with sellers of machinery and vehicles through our website klaravik.se. We've created an auction service where new items to bid on are found daily, and our company is constantly growing. During 2025, we had over 160,000 auctions and reached an auction turnover of 4.7 billion kronor, and forecasts point to continued strong growth. Klaravik is part of a strong Nordic group with several successful growth brands. What your job will be Lead, support, and develop 10–12 developers in their daily work. Have personnel responsibility, including 1:1 meetings, employee reviews, and salary discussions. Ensure that each individual has clear goals and the right conditions to achieve them. Work actively with competence development at both individual and team levels. Create and maintain a safe, sustainable, and inclusive work environment. Support the teams in their daily work and contribute to clarity in priorities and working methods. Identify challenges in the teams and work proactively to solve them. Participate in recruitment together with HR and other leaders. Contribute to a strong office culture and community between teams. Lead the teams' work with AI – from coaching individual developers in using tools effectively and responsibly, to driving change and creating confidence in the team about how AI is changing the way we work. We believe you have At least 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role. Experience with personnel responsibility, coaching, and employee development. Experience working in a development organization or close to technical teams. Ability to build trust and create engagement. Very good communication skills in Swedish and English. Good understanding of modern software development methods. Merits Experience working in product organizations. Experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams.
