We're looking for someone who is driven by sales and energized by meeting people. You'll be out on the shop floor, taking the initiative to engage with customers and guide them toward great purchases, or receiving items at our intake counter. You'll also work in our production department, refining incoming goods for resale.
This role suits you if you appreciate the variety between social customer-facing work and focused, systematic production work. You have an interest in and some knowledge of textile materials and products for children and babies. You have experience in retail sales or other customer service work.
Experience from stores where active selling is a natural part of the work is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
As a sales associate, you are our face to the customer. With us, you don't wait behind the register for the next customer. You take the initiative to start conversations and help multiple groups find the right products.
In production, you help create our inventory. You work with the entire journey of goods through our production chain. You'll handle large quantities of items daily, which requires high precision, efficient work methods, and good judgment.
The role also includes restocking and keeping the store well-stocked, inspiring, and organized. You become part of a small and dedicated team in sustainable retail.
Scope and Start Date
The position is 40 hours per week, distributed across weekdays and weekends according to schedule. Hourly wage, overtime and vacation pay, and occupational pension.
Working hours are between 07:30 and 18:30. You are responsible for both opening and closing the store and the intake counter.
We have a six-month probationary period.
