Dedicated Customer Service Advisor in Lund

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Advisor in Lund. You will become an important part of the customer service team where you help customers via phone, chat, and email, handle both simple and complex cases, and contribute to a positive customer experience. We are looking for someone with customer service and sales experience, is comfortable working in CRM systems, and is driven by providing professional service and advice. Opportunity for extension is available. Assignment Description and Deliverables: Technical support experience that has required complex conversations. Also be able to handle complicated customer calls such as customers who have difficulty paying or similar concerns. Handle incoming customer contact via phone, chat, and email. Have knowledge of and provide advice on our products and services Work proactively with customer satisfaction efforts to ensure a consistent customer experience with the goal of increasing the share of new and loyal customers Work with continuous improvements and perform activities that create long-term relationships with our existing customers Follow and achieve the goals established in the individual development plan and for Customer Service as a whole Actively contribute to a good atmosphere and respectful treatment in the team. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS: Sales experience - at least 1 year of experience with telephone sales Customer service experience - at least 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on inbound. At least one year of documented experience working in CRM systems and/or customer databases. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: The consultant should have at least two years of documented experience in customer service or sales within the energy sector. The consultant should have documented experience handling and resolving complex customer cases, where multiple systems or information sources had to be used. Placement Location: The work is to be performed 100% on-site in Lund. Other Information: Opportunity for permanent employment. Assignment Duration, Schedule, and Scope: Start Date: 2026-09-15 End Date: 2026-12-31 Assignment Scope: The scope is estimated at a number of hours/percent of full-time, namely: 100% of full-time. Extension Option: Option to extend the contract is available in 3-month increments with a maximum until 2027-08-31. Options used in this contract are always subject to the existing terms. Place of Performance: Lund. 100% on-site. Compensation Form: Ongoing, monthly based on time reporting. No compensation is provided for travel or travel time.
