Personal Injury Association RTP is a politically independent civil rights organization working towards a universally adapted society. The acronym RTP stands for Rehabilitation, Accessibility, Influence, and these three words form the core of our activities, aiming to ensure that all people have the right to good rehabilitation, an accessible environment, and the opportunity to influence their life situation. The association is led by an elected board of trustees. About the Position Do you want to contribute to developing an organization that makes a difference for people with disabilities or acquired injuries? Do you have experience with grant applications, fundraising, and increasing member value for an organization? If so, you might be the person we're looking for at our office in Sundbyberg. Personal Injury Association RTP is in a development phase where we want to strengthen our activities, broaden our funding opportunities, and create even better tools for our local associations to develop. As an organization developer, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities, driving development work, and translating decided strategies and directions into concrete activities. The position is operational work – from writing grant applications and leading smaller projects to developing member benefits and creating practical tools that strengthen our local associations' work. Your Main Responsibilities • Apply for grants and project funding for the association's activities • Project manage smaller projects and approved grants • Develop the association's member benefits • Together with other staff members develop tools for the association's local associations • Identify new opportunities and develop new forms of funding and fundraising • Support monitoring, reporting, and documentation related to projects and development initiatives What We Want from You • Relevant education, preferably a university degree in social sciences or education, or equivalent as assessed by the employer • Experience with project management • Experience applying for grants, project funding, or other external financing • Good administrative skills and experience working systematically with planning, documentation, and follow-up • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written • Understanding of issues related to disability, accessibility, participation, and inclusion • Ability to drive work independently while enjoying collaboration with others It is an advantage if you • Have experience with project management in the civil society, membership organizations, or non-profit sector • Have worked with member development, member benefits, or advisory services for local associations • Have experience developing methods, templates, training materials, or digital tools • Have knowledge of funding opportunities from foundations, funds, authorities, or other grant providers • Personally have experience living with a disability or have experience as a family member of someone with a disability As a person, you are responsible, communicative, and development-oriented. You enjoy creating structure, building relationships, and translating ideas into practical results. You are responsive to the organization's needs and have a genuine commitment to a society where everyone has access to life's opportunities.
