We are looking for someone who has:
Post-secondary education (minimum 2 years) in social pedagogy, behavioral science, pedagogy, or equivalent—in line with the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare's raised competency requirements
Experience working in residential youth care, institutional care, or similar
Good documentation habits and confidence in social work
Ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as plan and structure your tasks based on the operation and young people's needs
Class B driver's license (required)
Meritorious: experience with KSL, A-CRA, MI
As a treatment assistant with us, you will have a qualified and meaningful assignment where you:
Work closely with young people in their daily life, school/employment, and leisure time
Create security and structure through relationship building and clear boundaries
Work with evidence-based methods, including Livbojen and Ledstjärnan
Collaborate with colleagues and our multidisciplinary treatment team
Coordinate with other professionals and providers within social work
Document and work based on implementation plans and individual care plans
Work varying shifts including day/evening and weekend shifts as well as on-call nights
