About the Operation Hagaskolan was founded in 2019 and is a municipal primary school for students in grades F-9 with approximately 850 students and 100 employees. The school is located near Vallentuna center with good transportation and nature at your doorstep. The school features fit-for-purpose and well-equipped facilities, outdoor classrooms, and a beautiful schoolyard that invites both social and academic learning. Since spring 2022, Hagaskolan has been an accredited Erasmus+ school, which means we invest heavily in internationalization. By making students active participants in teaching, you awaken and utilize their interest and curiosity, making instruction engaging and innovative. You base your teaching on scientific evidence, employ a formative approach, analyze teaching strategies, and develop and adapt instruction based on student learning and toward increased goal attainment. You are a skilled and clear leader in the classroom. In your interactions with students, you continuously develop yourself and your role as a teacher. In your classroom, all students have the opportunity to succeed and demonstrate their knowledge in many different ways. Beyond pedagogical work, you build relationships with your colleagues and contribute to school development. Qualifications: Certified primary school teacher for grades F-3 You have training in early literacy instruction You are well acquainted with early intervention support guarantees You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language You have solid experience in the mentor role Personal Qualities: You work toward results, show reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work. You strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information. You develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge on your own initiative.
