Are you looking for meaningful extra work where you help people find their way to employment or education? We are seeking hourly mentors for our team in Forshaga, and we welcome both experienced job seekers and retirees who want to continue contributing with their knowledge and expertise. About the Position As an hourly mentor within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help participants find the right job or education. Your tasks may include: Individual guidance and coaching Matching with jobs and education programs Contact with employers and networking Support with application processes and interview preparation Working hours are planned according to needs and availability – a flexible role suitable for you if you want to work part-time, extra hours, or combine work with retirement or other activities. Who Are You? We are looking for you if you have a positive attitude, are good at building relationships, and thrive in an environment where you can help others grow. You are social, flexible, and solution-oriented, and enjoy inspiring and motivating people. Requirements You must meet at least one of the following options: Option 1: At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Option 2: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition support for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not solely administrative) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career guidance Meritorious Qualifications and Experience Strong network within the local business community Multiple language skills beyond Swedish Ability to create and maintain relationships Structured, initiative-taking, and results-oriented Strong communication skills and coaching approach Digital competence and experience with online meetings Why Should You Apply?
