We have the honor of helping both brides and bridesmaids find their dream dress - a task that requires attentiveness, empathy, and an eye for style. As a team member in our store, you are a very important part of the customer experience, and to succeed in finding the right dress, you need to: - Be attentive to the customer's wishes - Be able to make suggestions and see possibilities - Have genuine engagement and very high service awareness - Be flexible and comfortable meeting different types of personalities and be able to adapt to the customer - Always strive to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations The work also includes some administrative tasks and ongoing care of the store (exterior and interior) so that every customer is met with an inspiring and welcoming environment. Unpacking merchandise, steaming dresses, etc. are also part of the job. You need to speak and write Swedish fluently. You should be able to understand Norwegian as we have many customers from Norway. You also need to be able to communicate in English since we have customers from other countries as well. Good to know: - The work can be physically demanding - wedding dresses are sometimes heavier than they look and we carry them all day. - Saturdays are our most intensive day so you need to be able to work at least every other weekend. Otherwise, we can be somewhat flexible with scheduling and adapt to your preferences. - The work can feel stressful as we are booked with customers and because we work with people, days don't always go as planned. What's most important to us is finding the right person - someone who shares our commitment to service and customer care. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and grow with us for the long term. We would like you to be able to start immediately or within a couple of months. Employment can begin immediately once the right person is found. Since we are recruiting 2 people, the scope of the position can be discussed according to your preferences.
