He lives in his own apartment in Hässleholm and has his own car. We are looking for someone who can provide safety, joy, and structure in his everyday life. We are seeking a personal assistant at approximately 75% as well as hourly substitutes who can work as needed. It would be an advantage if you already have the ability to work extra hours when needed. About the Position The work involves providing support in daily life and together creating a safe and meaningful existence. Work Hours: Weekdays: 15.30–08.30 and 15.30–21.00, when the client attends a day center. Weekends: 08.30–08.30 and 10.00–21.00. The work can sometimes involve a faster pace, and it is therefore important that you are stress-resilient, flexible, and can remain calm even when the situation demands it. We Are Looking for Someone Who Is calm, confident, and stress-resilient Has a warm and empathetic manner Is organized, structured, and flexible Has experience with autism and low-arousal approaches Is familiar with visual schedules and visual supports Holds a driver's license for manual transmission Takes own initiative easily and adapts to situations About Daily Life The days consist of many different activities and moments together. This could include walks, outings to the water, picnics and grilling, looking through picture books, photography, watching films, and listening to music.
