Job Responsibilities
As an energy technician at Ömangruppen, you will work with service assignments in areas such as ventilation, control/regulation, cooling, and heating/energy. You ensure that your work at our customers' sites results in well-maintained systems with reduced energy and operating costs. You establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers. You are responsible for independently managing projects.
– Service and maintenance
– Perform troubleshooting
– Execute minor service installations
– Adjustments and control/regulation
– Emergency service at customer sites
– Conduct upselling
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
– Education or experience in electrical work, cooling, plumbing, and/or ventilation
– Good computer literacy
– Good knowledge of Office
– Class B driver's license
– Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
– Advantageous: Knowledge in cooling and/or control/regulation
As an energy technician, you are an engaged problem-solver who thrives in a role with many contacts and high demands for service mindset. For this position, it is important that you can take own initiative and can work with freedom under responsibility. You enjoy contact with both customers and colleagues and have very good collaboration skills.
