HEMFRID IS LOOKING FOR YOU TO WORK AS A SERVICE TEAM MEMBER IN GOTHENBURG/HISINGEN Hemfrid is Sweden's largest home cleaning company. We help our customers with household services such as cleaning, window washing, moving services, and much more. As a service team member, you'll become part of a close-knit team where you work together with your colleagues to make our customers' everyday lives easier. You'll work with a wonderful group of people from different parts of the world, where we support and help each other to deliver the best possible service. About the Role: As a service team member, you're part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead to ensure high quality in our service delivery. The role involves supporting new colleagues in the field while also performing initial and deep cleanings, window washing, and substitute shifts. You'll also conduct quality checks as needed, accompany new employees during their orientation, and assist with key management. You play an important part in creating satisfied customers, contributing to team development, and ensuring that our working methods maintain high quality. The role also includes ongoing dialogue and feedback with your manager, as well as participation in monthly quality team meetings. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Enjoys working in a team with colleagues • Has previous experience in cleaning • Is engaged and wants to develop within the cleaning industry • Speaks Swedish or English • Can work flexible hours, with working times from 8am–5pm • Is flexible to work without fixed customers • Has a valid driver's license (Category B) We Offer You: • A permanent employment contract with an employment rate of 75–90% • Collective agreement and good employment terms • Liability insurance, health insurance, pension insurance, and wellness allowance • Training in home cleaning with focus on your development • Wonderful colleagues from all over the world Want to join us?
