A Young Man in Motala Seeking Personal Assistants

Are you resourceful and self-motivated and want to be active at work? Then we might be looking for you as a personal assistant to our client who lives in Motala. As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job where the day can include everything from everyday tasks and care to accompanying on play and events. The client is a 23-year-old boy who, among other things, has epilepsy, autism, and intellectual disability. You will receive an introduction to this before you start working. He lives in his own apartment and requires assistance at all times except when he is at day activities Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday between 09:30-14:30. He can speak and make himself understood. He requires constant supervision and needs help with all aspects of daily life. He loves swimming, going for walks, but can also spend longer periods on a tablet or phone. We are looking for someone who: Is self-motivated and takes responsibility Takes own initiative Has experience with low-arousal approaches Is punctual Enjoys being in playgrounds and in the forest Has good work ethic Experience with epilepsy and NPF is a plus. No prior knowledge is required; you will learn everything on the job. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing – this is very important.
