About the Role
Develop low-level software for ECU platforms in a real-time critical environment.
Work closely with microcontrollers, hardware, and peripheral interfaces.
Contribute across the full chain from architecture to verification.
What You'll Do
Develop and integrate device drivers, bootware, and hardware abstraction.
Implement and verify software for RTOS and bare-metal environments.
Debug complex issues in the interaction between software and hardware.
Conduct practical troubleshooting on target hardware with debug probes and measurement equipment.
Contribute to platform architecture, implementation, and integration.
What We're Looking For
Several years of experience with low-level development for embedded systems.
Solid knowledge of microcontrollers, memory, interrupts, and peripheral interfaces.
Experience with bootloaders, startup code, and hardware and memory initialization.
Strong skills in C++ and Python for scripting, automation, and testing.
Meritorious experience from the automotive industry or other safety-critical systems.
Technology & Tools
C++, Python, RTOS, and bare-metal.
MCUs, preferably ARM-based platforms.
Bootloaders, device drivers, and hardware abstraction.
CAN/CAN FD, diagnostics, and functional safety.
Debug probes, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and CI/CD environments.
