Embedded Software Engineer

We are 25 civil engineers looking for a colleague! Here's what you'll do: Solve complex technical problems for real (not just shuffle bugs between backlogs). Take technical responsibility in assignments with high complexity. Switch naturally between code, architecture, and customer dialogue. Quickly understand new systems, domains, and business areas. Have fun, develop yourself, and build strong collaborations with colleagues and customers. Who we're looking for: You are a confident, experienced, and sharp developer who: Holds a civil engineering degree with 6+ years of experience or a college engineering degree with 8+ years of experience. Speaks fluent Swedish and English. Has a very strong understanding of object-oriented programming and system development. Is comfortable working close to both technology and business. Technical experience we value highly for this role: Embedded and/or system-level development C/C++ Linux/Embedded Linux Real-time systems Communication protocols like CAN, UART, SPI What matters most is not the exact languages you know, but how you think, structure problems, and build sustainable solutions.
