About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and now we're looking for an electrical safety specialist who wants to be part of the journey! Is it you? Together we make a difference for society as a whole.
As an electrical safety specialist, you work closely with both operations and strategy within electrical safety. You contribute to developing work methods, ensure compliance with regulations, and share your knowledge through training and advisory services.
You are an important contact point within the organization and collaborate with both internal and external actors in the energy industry. The role involves variety, impact, and the opportunity to develop the field further. You will have the opportunity to influence both work methods and safety levels in a socially critical operation while building a broad network throughout the energy industry.
Examples of Tasks:
Conducting ESA training
Developing and quality-assuring electrical safety methods (for example, work in electrical fields/AMS)
Ensuring that operations comply with laws, standards, and regulations
Training and disseminating knowledge in electrical safety, both internally and externally
Providing advisory services in complex issues and various scenarios
Participating in development work together with industry actors
Collaborating with HSSEQ functions and other parts of the organization
Requirements
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in the electrical safety field who enjoys a role where you can combine expert knowledge with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and finding solutions in complex situations. To succeed in the role, it's important that you work in a structured way, are thorough, and enjoy collaborating with many different contact points.
We know you'll develop together with us. But we'd like to see that you already have:
Post-secondary education in electrical power or equivalent experience
Solid experience in electrical safety and the energy industry
Experience working in the field
Good knowledge of regulations, standards, and practical work methods
Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English
Category B driving license
