About the Role

We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for an electrical safety specialist who wants to be part of the journey! Is that you? Together we make a difference, for the whole society.
As an electrical safety specialist, you work closely with both operations and strategy within electrical safety. You contribute to developing working methods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and share your knowledge through training and consulting.
You are an important contact point within the organization and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in the energy industry. The role involves variety, impact, and the opportunity to develop the field forward. You will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and safety levels in a business critical to society while building a broad network across the entire energy industry.
Examples of Work Tasks:
Conduct training in ESA
Develop and ensure quality of methods within electrical safety (for example, work in electrical fields/AMS)
Ensure that operations comply with laws, standards, and regulations
Educate and disseminate knowledge in electrical safety, both internally and externally
Provide consulting on complex issues and various scenarios
Participate in development work together with industry stakeholders
Collaborate with HSSEQ functions and other parts of the organization
Requirements
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the electrical safety field who thrives in a role where you can combine expert knowledge with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and finding solutions in complex situations. To succeed in this role, it is important that you work in a structured manner, are thorough, and enjoy collaborating with many different contacts.
We know you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:
Postsecondary education in electrical power or equivalent experience
Substantial experience in electrical safety and the energy industry
Experience working in the field
Good knowledge of regulations, standards, and practical working methods
Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English
Class B driver's license
