About the Job
As an Electrical Safety Coordinator, you function as an expert in the field of electrical safety and actively support the organization in all matters related to electrical safety. You are responsible for developing and managing our self-inspection program for electrical installation activities and serve as an Electrical Installer for regulatory compliance. This is an important and developmental role where you get the opportunity to influence and further develop one of the operation's most prioritized areas – electrical safety.
You actively work to ensure that the operation complies with electrical safety law and associated regulations by supporting managers and employees in daily work. In the role, you lead and manage incident investigations and conduct internal audits. You are also responsible for developing and conducting training in electrical safety and inform the operation about current requirements and regulations.
Furthermore, the role involves close collaboration with authorities, industry organizations, and contractors where you represent the operation in matters concerning electrical safety. You lead internal and external forums within the field and conduct environmental monitoring to keep the organization updated.
You continuously report and account for work within electrical safety to group management and actively contribute to the development of the operation's safety culture and quality work.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with relevant education and several years of broad experience from power grid operations with a focus on quality and electrical safety matters. You are confident in your expertise and have strong commitment to safety and development work.
To succeed in the role, we see that you are communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to convey knowledge and create understanding in different contexts. You are helpful, responsible, and work systematically to ensure high quality in your work. Since the role involves many contact points, we see that you are a team player who enjoys collaboration and building good relationships, both internally and externally.
The role requires:
Complete authorization for low-voltage and high-voltage installations
Several years of experience within power grid operations
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Driver's license category B
