You are accustomed to working from drawings and electrical schematics and have a meticulous work approach where you see both details and the bigger picture. You are responsible, self-driven when required, and comfortable in a production environment where collaboration is a natural part of your daily work. The role requires good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. If you have electrical training or equivalent experience, that is a merit, but it is not a requirement.
