You are accustomed to working according to drawings and electrical schematics and have a thorough work approach where you see both details and the big picture. You are responsible, self-driven when required, and comfortable in a production environment where collaboration is a natural part of everyday work. The role requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have electrical training or equivalent experience, that is a merit, but it is not a requirement. What is most important to us is that you have a technical interest, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward developing in the role.
