About the Position We are now recruiting several electricians/switchgear assemblers for an established industrial company in Västerås that manufactures and assembles electrical power solutions and switchgear for well-known customers in Swedish industry. What the Role Entails In this role, you will work with assembly and construction of switchgear and other electrical power solutions based on drawings, electrical schematics, and clear work instructions. Your tasks will include, among other things: * Assembly of metal frames and enclosures * Routing and connection of electrical cabling * Installation of electrical components and control equipment * Reading drawings and working from electrical schematics * Quality inspections and product finalization The work requires precision, structure, and technical interest, as many tasks consist of detailed assembly and connection work. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in electrical assembly, industrial assembly, cable assembly, or similar technical work. You thrive in a practical role where quality and collaboration are important parts of your daily work. We would like to see that you have: * Experience in electrical assembly, switchgear, electrical cabinets, or industrial assembly * Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics * Good proficiency with hand tools and technical assembly * Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have training in electrical work, automation, or industry.
