The Lighting Department Södra Nord spans from Västernorrland to Gävleborg and aims to be the obvious partner for municipalities and the Swedish Transport Administration, as well as for the construction sector and private actors in the region. Your Role as Electrical Power Technician in Lighting: As an Electrical Power Technician in lighting, you will work with maintenance, troubleshooting, and renovation and new construction of outdoor lighting and lighting installations. The role also includes other electrical installations such as charging infrastructure, effect lighting, navigational lighting, and technical solutions in public environments. We offer independent and varied work where you have the opportunity to influence both the content and planning of your working days. As an Electrical Power Technician, you will have close collaboration with our customers and be a key person in analyzing and solving technical challenges – all to create a safe and well-lit environment for society. Job Requirements We're looking for someone who takes great responsibility when it comes to quality and results, as you will be a key person in our team as well as with our customers. Working safely in all aspects is a given for you, and you collaborate well with both colleagues and customers. We know you will develop together with us. But we believe that you who are applying have: Technical education at upper secondary level (preferably in electrical or electrical power) Work experience in the electrical or electrical power sector Category B driver's license. BE and C licenses are merits. Good IT skills. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is a merit. We would also like to see that you have Experience in electrical installation, lighting technology, and work supervision. Education for ESA and Work on Roads.
