We are looking for an electrical design engineer who wants to work in a technically advanced and regulated industrial environment. The role involves developing, updating, and quality assuring electrical and automation solutions in our facilities as well as supporting projects and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
You will work on creating and updating electrical drawings for facility and process, as well as develop design documentation, component and material specifications in projects and improvement initiatives. In the role, you will also ensure that documentation is correct, updated, and traceable, support production and maintenance in technical matters, participate in projects from feasibility study to commissioning, participate in troubleshooting and technical analyses as needed, collaborate with automation, production, project organization, and external suppliers.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary higher education in electrical engineering/automation or equivalent experience
- Experience in electrical design within industry
- Good experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or ELPROCAD)
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated operations is a merit
- Experience with GxP work (e.g., GMP) is a merit
- Project experience is a merit
- Understanding of logic circuits and PLC programming
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English in this role.

You work independently but are good at collaboration, have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, are initiative-taking, and driven to improve work methods.
About the Position
The position is a fixed-term employment on probation which after 6 months transitions to permanent employment by agreement between the parties. Working hours are day shift.
