As one of five Electrical Engineers, you will have the opportunity to lead and be responsible for maintenance in your assigned area of the Polyethylene Plant in Stenungsund. In your area, you are responsible for our electrical equipment with voltage levels up to 40 kV. Your role involves taking technical responsibility for both preventive and long-term maintenance, which includes creating smart maintenance plans based on risk assessments and safety strategies. You will also lead investigations into safety and reliability incidents, analyze problems and propose sustainable solutions, and be responsible for phasing out equipment that has reached the end of its life. Your work will be crucial in optimizing safety and reliability in our operations, while ensuring that our equipment is in top condition—both today and in the future. You will have the opportunity to work closely with field electrical technicians and the operations organization as well as with the development team, where you play a key role in projects that improve our facility. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to: Conduct inspections and review new installations. Participate as a maintenance representative in projects and studies. Build and develop internal and external networks within the industry. Train and support your colleagues in your area of expertise. About You We are looking for you with a degree from a university of applied sciences or a civil engineering degree in electrical engineering or electrical power, or with extensive experience in electrical installations within the process industry. You have good knowledge of low and medium voltage installations and communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Whether you are newly graduated or have several years of experience, we look forward to hearing from you!
