To the Infrastructure department and the Asset Management Energy unit, we are now seeking an additional Electrical Engineer. Job Content We are in an expansive phase with major investments in electrical installations, primarily related to the expansion of OPS (Onshore Power Supply). The role is central to ensuring technical function, development, and compliance with regulations. In this position, you will build deep knowledge of the installations and serve as a technical expert in both project and operational management. You will also work with: contributing technical expertise in electrical installations, high voltage, and OPS acting as the client representative and ensuring function in new and existing installations supporting project activities with technical competence across an extensive project portfolio responsibility for or driving operational matters and ensuring installation function ordering and following up inspections and maintenance, service work, legally mandated functional tests, and self-inspections participating in developing and updating instructions, documentation, and operational and maintenance procedures helping establish working methods and procedures, particularly for OPS as a new technology area leading and directing technical work on installations, including: coordination of external resources occupational health and safety measures (e.g., switching procedures) The role is also important for strengthening the management of our electrical installations and ensuring that we meet applicable requirements from the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority. Qualifications We are looking for someone with education in electrical engineering, power engineering, or energy systems, such as a university or master's degree in engineering. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through several years of professional experience in the field that the employer considers equivalent. For this role, we are looking for someone: with experience in practical work on high-voltage installations, for example, with switchgear and relay protection who communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing who holds a category B driving license Furthermore, you need strong ability to plan, structure, and coordinate multiple parallel tasks. The role requires independence combined with good collaboration skills, as you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a high safety mindset, as the role demands strong safety awareness and structured work according to applicable regulations. To succeed in this role, we see that you take responsibility for driving your work forward while contributing to good cooperation and effective teamwork. It is meritorious if you have additional education in high voltage, have previous experience working in or with operational and management organizations, project management and procurement in electrical engineering or related technical fields.
