Your Role as Service Advisor As a Service Advisor, you will work within Operations, which consists of checkout, warehouse, support, and merchandising. It's a varied role where you'll work on multiple different tasks and make a difference with your expertise, playing an important part in our success. A large part of your day involves creating the best possible customer experience—you're simply a star at customer service. In addition to being responsible for handling payments, assisting with service transactions, product logistics, and warranty cases, you must also ensure that it's easy for our customers to shop and that they can take home the right products. By optimizing the shopping experience in the warehouse and ensuring satisfied customers, we can achieve our goals. The ability to solve problems on the path to success is another crucial part of the role. You will receive basic knowledge in all areas of Operations, giving you great flexibility in your daily work.
