About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you are the primary responsible person for the operation of the entire warehouse. Key Responsibilities Primary responsibility for warehouse operations with budget, results, and reporting accountability. Full personnel responsibility with tasks including scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, development conversations, work environment, etc. Lead, develop, and motivate employees. Provide clear guidance and clear goals for departments. Plan and implement various marketing activities in the warehouse. Work to become the natural first choice for customers and offer world-class service before, during, and after purchase. About You We are seeking an experienced leader in Retail.
