Your Role as a Sales Associate Your primary task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each customer by listening actively, answering questions, and guiding the customer toward the best purchase. It's about helping customers through the entire process from first contact to completed purchase—and this doesn't end there; you may also provide support after the sale. As a sales associate, you will also stock merchandise and keep the store updated according to company standards. Development, training, and keeping your technical knowledge current will be a natural part of your work. Who Are You?
