Your Role as Service Advisor As a Service Advisor, you will work within the Operations area, which consists of checkout, warehouse, support, and merchandising. It's a varied role where you'll work on several different tasks and use your skills to make a difference and be an important part of success. Much of your day involves creating the best possible customer experience—you're simply a star at customer care. In addition to being responsible for handling payments, assisting with service, product logistics, and warranty cases, you'll also ensure it's easy for our customers to shop and that they can take the right product home. By optimizing the shopping experience in the warehouse and ensuring satisfied customers, we can reach our goals. The ability to solve problems on the path to success is another crucial part of the role. You'll receive basic knowledge in all areas of Operations, giving you great flexibility in your daily work.
