Job Description - Student Support Resource Role As a student support resource at Realgymnasiet, you will primarily follow a student through their schooling to support their learning. You will attend classes, join breaks, accompany students on internships, and much more. You'll work closely together throughout the day, and this student needs to be able to rely on you as a source of support to make everything function as well as possible. You'll also collaborate extensively with the staff team (teachers and student support services) to make daily life work optimally for your student. Qualifications You have completed upper secondary education and preferably have experience working with young people, particularly those in the neurodevelopmental/behavioral/psychiatric area. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen and communicate constructively. Furthermore, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently and establish and maintain timelines. You are calm and assured, and you can maintain positive contact with relevant people in the student's life in a constructive way. You yourself need to be organized in order to help create structure for the student.
